Kristen been teaching yoga, meditation, and breath work for 9 years. In 2013 she completed her 200hr teacher training and in 2019 completed her 300 hour training making Kristen a E-RYT500. If you’ve been to one of Kristen's classes or workshops where opened up about struggles with managing stress, depression, and anxiety then you’ve seen her get teary eyed as she speaksabout it.
Kristen intertwines reiki, and sound healing into classes as well as teaches students simple practices they can take home with them.
